Rain Brings Unexpected Visitors
Well, looks like they’re the only ones enjoying the new water features on the course today! While golfers are keeping an eye on the puddles, these locals are happily grazing with waterfront views.
Rain might slow the play, but it never stops the wildlife from making the most of Mooroopna Golf Club. Our course is home to a variety of local wildlife who seem to appreciate the wet weather just as much as we appreciate the dry.
It’s one of the unique aspects of playing golf at Mooroopna – you never quite know who you’ll share the fairways with. From native birds to our regular grazing visitors, the course offers a true connection to the natural environment.
When the rain clears and conditions improve, we look forward to welcoming golfers back to enjoy the refreshed greens and the company of our local wildlife. There’s something special about a course that brings together sport and nature in such a harmonious way.
