Junior Golf Registrations Are Now Open

The Mooroopna Golf Club Pro Shop team is excited to announce that registrations are now open for the Junior MyGolf School Holiday Clinics and Term 3 Programs. If you have a young golfer at home – whether they’re just starting out or ready to take the next step onto the course – there’s a program designed for them.

School Holiday Programs

Kick off the school holidays with a fun two-hour golf clinic. Two sessions are available:

• Tuesday 30th June – 12:00pm to 2:00pm
• Wednesday 1st July – 12:00pm to 2:00pm

These holiday clinics are a fantastic way for junior golfers to stay active, develop their skills, and enjoy the game with other kids their age.

Term 3 Programs

Two structured programs are available for Term 3, catering to different age groups and skill levels:

• Eagle Program (Recommended Age 8+) – Starts Tuesday 14th July, running for 7 weeks from 4:00pm to 5:00pm.
• Birdie Program (Recommended Age 4-8) – Starts Wednesday 15th July, running for 7 weeks from 4:00pm to 5:00pm.

Please note class weeks prior to registration due to course renovation works.

New Elite Junior Program

For juniors who are ready to transition from the practice tee onto the golf course, the new Elite Junior Program is now available on Saturday afternoons from 2:00pm to 4:30pm. Classes are listed individually with a maximum class size of four, so spots are strictly limited.

This exciting pathway program focuses on golf etiquette, on-course skills, establishing a handicap, and preparing for junior competitions. Please note that you must speak with PGA Head Professional Ben Weatherly before registering for this program, as it is designed for juniors who have already developed their fundamentals and swing techniques.
