Ladies Golf Competition Winners Shine at Mooroopna Golf Club

Welcome to the Mooroopna Golf Club, where our lady members recently enjoyed a special event sponsored by our esteemed Life Member, Marg Jacobson, at the age of 92. Despite no longer playing, Marg’s presence brightens our Wednesday golf days, adding joy to our lunch table gatherings.

Strong Turnout and Fun-filled Day

With 30 players hitting the course, the weather was perfect, and laughter filled the air throughout the day. The camaraderie and sportsmanship displayed made this event truly special, with everyone embracing the spirit of friendly competition.

Winners Circle

Congratulations to our Gross Score Winners, Sue McIntyre and Penny Johnson, who achieved an impressive score of 90. The Nett Score Winners, Gwenda Wood and Dawn Waters, showcased their skill with a score of 71. These talented players exemplify the dedication and talent within our community.
